The North of Scotland
is famous for producing first class beef cattle
and lambs, reared on rich pastures surrounding
the Moray Firth. Animals thrive on lush grass,
crystal-clear water and fresh air, and local farming
methods are non-intensive.
Beef carcasses
are matured for a minimum of 14 days, then boned,
vacuum packed and labelled prior to dispatch.
Tender spring lamb, delicious highland venison
from selected game dealers, award-winning black
pudding and haggis are prepared with care and
attention to detail.
